Method:
The Lausanne Institute realizes that the real measure of training success is the extent to which those who attend are able to use the skills and knowledge acquired back on the job. Therefore, our programs are designed and facilitated to meet the course objectives. We offer pre and post skills testing, for those subjects, which make the process and effective tool. Our courses are developmental. Our Case Studies are real and we look to group discussion, role-play, and group activities.
Evaluation Follow-up:
Our optional Evaluation Follow-up is an important part of the process. The feeding back we receive indicates a measure as to the effectiveness of the program and offers the training department information as to the ability to "bring back what is learned in the work place."
