Committed Coach and Mentor
Research over the past 30 years has shown that employees are calling for greater workplace participation. Management is being defined as a Leader, Coach, Counselor, Mentor, and Resource Person who focuses on improving performance by nurturing an environment of respect and trust.
This workshop addresses a variety of coaching techniques ranging from the ability to analyze the causes of poor performance to establishing a learning environment. Effective coaching for individuals or teams that results in productivity increases on the job can only occur when the individual or team has previously learned then displayed the knowledge, skills, and capacity needed to do the work. Effective mentoring, on the other hand, prepares an employee or team for future job advancements and responsibilities by teaching new skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Research after research has demonstrated that personnel who have had effective coaching more quickly attain promotions and earn more money. This program offers the feedback for identifying the personal characteristics, mindsets and capacity needed to be an effective mentor/coach.
