Competencies for Improving Individual Performance
The Lausanne Institute, a leader in Public Sector Training, presents a Major Learning Program designed to prepare the participant to assess and to identify opportunities for improving and stimulating individual and organizational performance.
In addition to stressing the Core VALUES and Concepts of APIC 2004-2006 this
learning program transforms participants into individuals who can Execute the Mission, Communicate with Trust, Manage Conflict, Make Effective Presentations, Develop Confidence in Self and Others, Manage Stress, and Develop Committed Teams.
The course will leverage the DiSC Personal Profile System and the Leadership Style
Continuum to facilitate learning and bring about change.
Length of Course:
One day per month- Total of 4 days
Note: Can be adjusted to 3 days based on customer needs
