competeThe challenges faced by supervisors, project leaders, and organizations in general today are increasingly complex, volatile, and multidimensional.  To many, these challenges seem insurmountable.  And they may well be if only traditional leadership, management, and technical competencies are used to confront them.  In this program, we address building competencies and using existing competencies – because many leaders do not effectively use all of the competencies at their disposal to confront turbulence.
