  • Identify techniques for establishing and maintaining trust with virtual workers as well as fostering location independent teamwork
  • Apply the principles and tools of performance management to enhance productivity and create the necessary results-oriented mind sets
  • Situational Analysis
  • Develop an action plan for performance and productivity

Our leadership courses are developmental.We spend time preparing and practicing. We use your experiences for group discussion, role-play, and group activities.
